As soon as you have chosen a Gymondo package, your free 7-day trial period starts. This trial period can be canceled up to the seventh day in your Gymondo customer account if you find that Gymondo doesn't suit you or your goals.

What happens if I forget to cancel during the trial period? You have the option to cancel your membership within the statutory withdrawal period. To do so, please send a message from the email address registered with Gymondo to service@gymondo.de
Do I have access to all content during the test phase?
Yes, you already have full access to all videos and recipes, so there is no difference to a paid subscription.
How can I pause my subscription?
If you have booked the subscription at www.gymondo.de, you can pause for a maximum of 90 days per year. Please note that you must still have at least 15 of the 90 days available for a second pause.
How can I cancel the automatic renewal of my subscription?
The subscription must be canceled on the relevant platform. For example, if you have taken out the subscription via the website, you must cancel on the website. If you have booked the subscription in the iOs App Store, you have to cancel there.
